“I’ve wanted to update our phone system at Downers Grove Pediatrics for some time now. We have two offices with two separate phone systems and really wanted a solution to unify our systems between both locations. It was time consuming to dial out between offices and we knew that staff, patients and our physicians would benefit from tying the two locations together.
I made it a goal to update these systems in 2018. I was looking into new phone vendors when a flyer from Andromeda came across my desk. “Seating Concepts Inc. has used Andromeda Technology Solutions for a variety of tech services over the years. We were first introduced back in 2006 for phone support. We were looking into getting a new phone system and we chose an Avaya solution from Andromeda. We’re still using our Avaya system today and have expanded that recently to a new location. It is great to work with a company that has grown with us and can advise us on multi-site solutions.
Since first working with Andromeda we have used many of their services ranging from IT support and Phone support to Data Backups and Security Cameras. I lean on them for advanced support and cannot say enough how useful our Datto backup has been for the office. In respect to our phone system, I love how easy it is to use and make changes. I manage our day to day IT around the office with Andromeda’s support and with the Avaya system I can remote in to the equipment to make changes for our users and programming by myself. The system is very functional and manageable. There have been times I’ve been stumped or needed more advanced support and any time I call Andromeda their technicians are prompt, easy to work with and knowledgeable.
In 2018 we acquired a new location and needed to tie in our Avaya solution to that office. The process was smooth and we didn’t even consider using anyone other than Andromeda. When you meet a quality vendor that you trust, you don’t have to waste time shopping around.
This system has made life much easier for our remote workers and they really enjoy their new features. Being able to send voicemails to their emails has been a great asset.
