“ LJM Partners, Ltd. was founded in 1998 is a registered Commodity Trading Advisor and Commodity Pool Operator. LJM’s affiliate, LJM Funds Management, Ltd. was launched in 2012. Our firm has seen rapid growth over the last few years and with that, our demands and needs in IT have also grown. When looking for an IT group we sought after a company that could provide fast response, dependability, structure and expertise. Andromeda was introduced to us through our Chief Risk Officer who took it upon himself to find a third party IT provider for our firm. I simply call Matt (our Account Coordinator) and let him know someone is joining our firm. He and the Andromeda team handle the rest and I can focus on all of our other internal tasks. “In 2016 we decided it was time to find a new IT vendor, as our previous vendor did not communicate or deliver on promises. Andromeda had already been servicing our phone system for years so it made perfect sense to explore their IT services as well.
