If you are trying to schedule a site visit – please contact your account manager or call our main line to be connected to your account team. This form submits tickets to your service desk for remote help.
Andromeda strives to respond to a Help Desk request within one business day for non-critical issues. For critical issues, we will make best efforts to respond within one (1) hour. (Service Desk hours are 7am to 6pm, M-F)
Once you’ve submitted your ticket request, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This should occur within a few minutes of clicking SUBMIT.
If you do NOT see this email confirmation, please call our offices at (815) 836-0030 and request to speak with the service desk. There is a chance your ticket wasn’t submitted correctly.
