In August, Andromeda acquired a segment of cloud and M365 clients from fellow Chicago-based technology company The SMB Help Desk. Andromeda welcomes nearly 100 new clients with this acquisition – offering IT support, cloud services and telecom solutions.

The SMB Help Desk continues to serve businesses with Salesforce consulting and support. This pivot allows The SMB Help Desk to provide even more exceptional support and service to their continued clients.

Also joining the Andromeda team is service technician Jake who joins the Managed IT Service Team. Jake is a great fit and brings valuable experience to his new role with Andromeda Technology Solutions. Jake’s responsibilities include providing clients with hands-on system administrative support, maintenance and monitoring of their environment and devices. The first task after the acquisition was to get the new clients on-boarded. This included an examination of each client’s needs and systems.
