I am here to ensure that the clients have a place to voice their questions and issues related to service, scheduling, and invoicing. I am the main point of communication for my client base. I manage their daily IT service needs, while working along side a team of technicians who help ensure all issues are resolved in a professional, timely fashion. I work on technical and security policy implementation for Andromeda and am heavily involved with systems architecture and design, custom scripting for both internal and external use, and many other things. Andromeda always has your best interest at heart when designing a solution.
I am a creative engineer that likes to nerd out to the Nth degree, but who can also translate technical details to make it easily understood. I love thinking of new ways to approach technical issues, and love even more hearing and seeing how the result of Andromeda’s work improves everyone’s work life. While engineering and implementing IT projects, I always consider the extreme need for security while balancing the concerns of efficiency and business workflows.

Originally a local girl, I grew up not to far from Andromeda’s main office in Frankfort, Illinois. Like most 90’s kids, I grew up chillin, relaxing all cool – sometimes shooting some b-ball outside of the school. Always having a passion for the creative, I graduated with a B.A. from Eastern Illinois University in 2008 – a great time to enter the job market for the first time. After some struggle, I was able to get my foot in the door for my dream career in website development in 2011. From there, I have worked with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike – loving each unique experience. In 2015, the company I was working for was purchased by Andromeda Technology Solutions – taking me with them. I’ve been a part of Andromeda ever since and have been the number one client advocate for all web projects and clients.

My background in engineering and software development has prepared me well for my current function here at Andromeda. Whether it’s solving web server issues for ourselves and our clients, constructing SEO reports and building analytics, or creating/administering apps to automate our services, that training has helped immensely. I enjoy playing/composing music as well as indulging in favorite books and movies and, of course, chocolate-chip cookies.
