Jeff Borello

CEO

Jeff Borello is a co-founder and serves as  CEO.  He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company, but more specifically takes the lead on two of the most important things in the company:  Client Satisfaction and Company Culture.

How I serve our clients

I am here to make sure we are always learning and improving as a team to make sure we can deliver the very best service for our clients that we can. I am on the constant lookout for things that detract from us providing an unmatched client experience.

Outside the Office

I am striving to be a mediocre golfer. Always reading and learning. Wind down almost every day with an evening walk (while listening to an audio book). Lastly, I am active in a non-profit called the Chromosome 18 Registry and Research Society, which provides outstanding support for my daughter and our family.

Bill Utz

VP of IT & ​Professional Services

Bill Utz is a co-founder and serves as Vice President of IT & Professional Services. He is responsible for leading Andromeda’s Professional Services team to ensure our clients needs are met and exceeded. Bill also oversees new product and service development for Andromeda’s IT group.

How I serve our clients

By listening and understanding their needs. I Don’t try to fit them into any pre-defined bucket or push them towards any one product offering – instead, understand and provide the best solution possible.

Coaching/Sports — enjoy playing golf and watching my children play the sports they are interested in. Really enjoy teaching kids about teams and team-work!

Pat McDonald is a co-founder and serves as Vice President of Security, Telecom & Technology Integration. He is responsible for the engineering, installation and quality of service our clients depend on for their physical security and telecom needs.

Gardening. Every spring I love seeing my flowers come back to life after a long winters sleep. Since childhood I’ve been interested and fascinated with the prospects of space exploration.

Tony Zaragoza

Director of Operations​

Tony Zaragoza serves as Director of Operations. He is responsible for overseeing Andromeda’s invoicing, purchasing, day-to-day operations, and he also ensures our Managed IT Services team provides quality work with excellent customer service to our valued client partners.

How I serve our clients

I am here to ensure that the clients have a place to voice their questions and issues related to service, scheduling, and invoicing. Whether the comments be compliments or complaints, the clients can contact me and be assured that I will provide response and action.

Carl Utz

Director of Sales​

Carl Utz serves as Director of Sales. He is responsible for introducing Andromeda’s technology solutions and services to companies in need of professional tech support. Carl is also responsible for ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and support via our account management team.

How I serve our clients

My focus every day is going above and beyond to make sure that the clients I work with get the most out of the technologies they need to run their business day-to-day. My other focus is helping our clients plan for the future needs of technology for their business.
