Below is a form that can be used to request support from our Help Desk. Please read each note below before submitting your request.
- This form is for existing customers. If you are a new customer, please contact our office and ask for sales (815-836-0030) or request contact here.
- If you are having an emergency (office wide system outage, vendor onsite, etc), please do not submit your request using this form. Instead call 815-836-0030 and let the receptionist know you are having an emergency.
- This form is to request remote technical support to fix a problem. If you need to schedule an onsite visit by a technician, or you have a non-technical issue, please contact your Account Manager via email or phone.
- Andromeda strives to respond to a Help Desk request within one business day for non-critical issues. For critical issues, we will make best efforts to respond within one (1) hour. (Help Desk hours are 7am to 6pm, M-F)
VERY IMPORTANT– Once your request has been received, you will receive an automated reply in your Email. If you do not receive that automated response Email within a few minutes, assume we did NOT receive your request and please call our office at 815-836-0030 and ask for the Help Desk.
